Even though the Do-gooders of California Governor Jerry Brown and pals are using the excuse of the San Bernardino terrorist attack to punish California cititzens with the upcoming high capacity magazine ban going into effect the the 1st of January, Liberals/Democrats are actually more into guns and gun clubs than the media would expect. Cool story! This will obviously upset the left and surprise the right.

Just like not all Republicans or "Conservatives" have the same monolithic political beliefs the same goes for Democrats and Liberals. I know some liberals with impressive gun collections who are strong 2nd amendment supporters.
The Liberal Gun Club is one of the affiliated clubs for the CMP, membership in the club meets one of the eligibility criteria for ordering rifles from the CMP.
