Interesting story, thanks for sharing. Just shows how vigilant all should be. The "see something, say something" phrase that LEO's use about terrorism applies here as well. Often the bad actor is not watched but his peers and associates see things his supervisors do not. I tend to agree about removing him from the hallowed ground of Arlington.
