I would like to start an Emergency Funds Assistance (EFA) program to help Veterans with their Utility bills in times of emergency. The service will be provided to the Veteran,as long as funds are available. The Veteran must provide proof of military service and proof of need. The funds will be paid directly to the Utility company on the Veterans behalf. No funds will be given directly to the Veteran and the Veterans may request EFA once per year. 95% of all donations will go toward the EFA program and the remaining 5% will go toward the website hosting and maintenace cost.
