I have been on over 27 Cruises (3 of which were on Carnival - the remainder on Holland America and Celebrity). I have seen some rather inebriated and at time obnoxious passengers. However, this is beyond belief

Don’t visit Mardigras either, unless you plan things out carefully and know your exits. In today’s climate of divisive. “in your face” behavior (re: road rage), it ain’t worth it - not even if you have sufficient back-up. Add alcohol to the mix, and watch out!
