Russia sends spy ship near US coast, deploys banned missiles at home, officials say

Russian Spy Ship (Fact/Truth) is off the Coast of Delaware, This Ship is a TELINT Ship, Telemetry Intelligence. They are deployed to Watch Missile/Rocket Launches to Gather Telemetry Data. It does have the Capability to Shoot Down an Aerial Target say the Missile they are Watching. NASA had a Launch Facility in Virginia (This Ship was Downrange). They had a Launch Yesterday. The Payload in that Missile? Soyuz! Russian Payload! They call it the International Space Station for a Reason. If You Tell a Half Truth about this of which I am very Knowledgeable, Why Would I ever Trust You on Anything Else.
