You can't hear the shouting in the Capitol offices. Rotunda is in the center of the building of most state Capitols and most of the offices are on the outer walls and have sound proofing. The speakers office is generally the only Rep office that opens near the rotunda but then that is only a hallway to the office which is set back aways into the building. So they can scream as loud as they want in the rotunda, only issue there is potential damage to the frescos they might do from the vibration and added humidity. I'm sure there is a solution in place for that though.

I've asked progists about this whole situation and they say that non progs (people who disliked Obama) were violent and made as much noise as they are doing now...

Does anyone remember this going on during the Obama administration? I did see anti Obama rallies but never saw any blocking access to anything or getting violent

Nary a one. Could be a function of a better upbringing ... or the fact that most on the right work for a living. Besides, George Soros only funds the progressive side ... ;)
