I am sick and tired of officers being allowed to retire after having been given punishment via court-martial. They wouldn't do this for SSG Klug, but I would bet a year's pay that LTC Klug would be given that benefit.

This scumbag violated his oath as an Officer and should be dishonorably discharged. Anything else is a travesty of justice

This is BALONEY. He lied under oath and then concocted a story to conceal his crime with a Reporter. Why should he be allowed to retire in lieu of a dishonorable discharge? Because he is an Officer? This is a travesty. The Secretary of the Navy SHOULD NOT APPROVE the Retirement.
