This is the first time I've ever heard of this... not that it would have mattered in 1996 because the computer we had in the mid 90s took 25 mins to connect to and load America Online.. so watching livestreams probably wouldn't have been realistic..

SSG (Join to see) I believe at that time I had 256k DSL. Way better than dial up, well somewhat... Also better than the 128K ISDN lines that were available for four times the price.
