I am all for Due process, and what I just read angers me. The Witch hunts that are caused by political BS. I get it many people got away with it because some CO liked the guy, or some women felt she did not get her justice, but this knee jerk reaction of Take Due process and their rights away is un-American.

I have seen a command do some shady stuff with a person they didn't like. Things that in the Civilian world are illegal, and while I hate rapists and want to seem them in pain... I can not abide stripping the Accused of their rights to defend themselves, is that not one of the reasons we sign on the line?

Of course Sir! As a rape survivor prior to my military service, I can not sit idly by and watch my fellow service members lose the very freedoms they honorably served for over false allegations. There is no place in the military for sexual assault or false allegations, both the accused and the accuser should have the same right to due process and we should support them both until justice is served.

Justice not politics!

Anytime we reach the point where the accused is guilty until proven innocent we have upset the apple cart.
