It can be frustrating waiting to hear back after you've completed your interview. Often, organizations already have an internal candidate in mind for the position that you interviewed for. By law, the organization has to bring in and external candidate to insure they are following proper protocol. While this isn't always the case, it can be a reason why they are in no rush to follow up with you.
