The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, en banc, affirmed the injunction against Trump's Executive Order on immigration.
He has not won yet, and this was from a conservative court. Maybe he'll take the hint, but you know that the opinion is not going to be good for you when it starts out:
"And if so, whether it protects Plaintiffs’ right to challenge an Executive Order that in text speaks with vague words of national security, but in context drips with religious intolerance, animus, and discrimination."
Yeah, that's not a good sign...

I'm sure the cries of "activist judges" are already being made. Any time a ruling is made that they disagree with it's the same old dribble.

Hahaha! The 4th Circuit may be a conservative court but I assume Fox News and many Conservative pundits will have them labeled as liberal as the 9th Court. Some just can't handle disappointment. This travel ban isn't a conservative vs liberal issue, it's a constitutional legality issue.
