Seeing as the CH-47 program is slated to stay in service until about 2060, it will have the medium-lift role pretty well to itself. I don't know about the UH/HH-60, but talking to an Army Aviation Acquisitions person, the S-97 Raider (the only proof of concept hybrid out there as of now) isn't even on the Army's radar, so to speak.
All of these ideas are good, and I think would serve the Army well, but I don't think we're going to see them in service any time soon.

One of the big things to mange with tilt-rotor aircraft is the rotor downwash, especially in confined space.
I love moving forward with tech! But a good example is the attempts using a v-22 osprey for MEDEVAC operations; small LZs or COPs have shown some issue with the massive power of a tilt-rotor aircraft. I hope the Army doesn't rush too much because of budget limitations.
I feel like H-ARCs are a good example of budget forcing air frames into...initially unintended purposes. I hope we manage them all well, and end up with a truly ready and flexible force!

The debt can't be repaid by a nation that allows its military to crumble into disrepair. It simply needs to spend its money more wisely and allow the economy to grow by getting the hell out of the way of people who create and produce.
