It's not so much the Russians, but the Chinese who we should be worrying about. They have been hacking the DoD for years now. They even publicly said that they don't even bother hacking the Army's AKO website because it was just too easy and wouldn't waste their time on it.
The real danger is our own DHS, which had hacked 39 states' election systems.

I am more concerned with NSA and DHS and the FBI and some of those other 3-letter agencies than the Russians. Hell even the Chinese should be a concern.
