Good. Considering all the harm they caused they should be held accountable. They claimed to be doing it to save money, but without taking the health concerns into consideration, that just makes it appear more sinister. If they get a jury trial, the jurors will see their greed and efforts to advance politically at the expense of others health and even lives, as very prejudicial.
