SSG Christopher Parrish A Commanding Officer of a Naval Vessel Afloat has a Lot of Power. Not going to be Pretty for that Lad. I know they can impose Bread and Water for 3 Days and there is something unique about Court Martial Authority but I would have to crack the books to refresh myself on that one.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - build a crow's nest just him & give him watch duty for the remainder of the tour.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - do you really think they will do a Captain's Mast instead of a Court-Martial? I can't imagine that either the Army or Air Force would offer someone an Art. 15 under these circumstances.
