Malvo appealed to the court saying he should not have been sentenced to life without parole because he was 17 years old at the time of the murders and he based his appeal on the Supreme Court ruling in Miller v. Alabama. Judge Raymond Jackson agreed and ordered the overturning of the sentence.

I hope at the re-sentencing, he gets 99 years for each murder, not to be served consecutively.

I like your thinking, PO1 John Johnson. Since there were 10 murders in question, I'll also accept him being eligible for parole after the last sentence is served.
