Reopening the investigation of Hillary Clinton runs the risk of picking the scab off festering wounds that lead all the way to the top and I've always doubted that anyone would really go there. Hillary has been punished in a way that no prison walls could. Her punishment is a life sentence. Even her legacy will live in infamy. She has not only destroyed herself, but also a party and an ideology. To further punish her is to risk making a martyr of her and she doesn't deserve that status.

Much truth there, Captain Jack. It would serve no useful purpose.

Agree. Pull her clearance and be done with it.

The problem is that she has not pulled back from public life. By all appearances she is ready and willing to run again in 2020. The investigation into her misuse of classified documents needs to be completed by the FBI and sent to a Grand Jury by the Justice Department. That's the bare minimum that would happen to any government employee in this situation.

MSgt James Mullis - Nothing would please me more than to see her run again. That would really put another nail in the coffin now occupied by the Progressives

It is traditional, not a legal situation as to her and her immediate staff maintains their clearances. As ridiculous as that is, it has been done for all Secretaries of State, although, none to my knowledge has done what she and her staff has done violating security provisions. That came from Judge Napolitano this morning.

I'll believe it when I see it. They've been teasing us with all this for a while now and nothing has come of it.
