MSgt Danny Hope That and Bigfoot. The Republicans hold Congress and the executive but still can't get their agenda through. Since they don't hold themselves accountable for their own actions they create a boogeyman to blame. One that can't be shown to exist but better yet can't be shown to be eradicated; they can keep blaming their problems in it as long as people are willing to believe in it.
