Ken Ham got an $18 million tax deal when he built the "Ark Park," a place where he teaches that dinosaurs lived with man. A nearby city began to add a 50¢ safety surcharge. Ham, who is reportedly having cash-flow problems, immediately transferred the park from it's for-profit organization to a non-profit religious organization.

So Kentucky pointed out that the tax-rebate deal was not authorized for non-profits and ended the deal. As the linked article points out, not only can they not do science, it turns out that they can't do math either.
