Arman Premjee, 20, was accused of sexual assault after another student, 19, said he raped her in her dorm room.

This is why the usual he said / she said situation of many rape cases makes it difficult to know what happened. If there were no tapes the young man would likely be in a lot of trouble. Even with them there is still a chance (small based on the video) that something different happened when they got to the room. The understanding of consent vs. regret can be very hard to get to after the fact, particularly when alcohol is involved.
