DACA is unconstitutional. See Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution of the United States of America. There you will see that CONGRESS has the responsibility for "naturalization" (thus immigration) policy, NOT the President. Therefore, Obama, while president, issued an unconstitutional Executive Order and should have been struck down by Congress and the Supreme Court upon its inception.
If upholding the Constitution is "a disgrace" I guess there are a lot of us who fit that moniker.

Gutierrez couldn't lift Kelly's jock on his best day. Kelly has forgotten more about service than Gutierrez will ever do. These preening moral high grounders on the left are fun to watch.

While I don't think you have to have been in the military before you can criticize someone that has........this flake is picking on the wrong guy. Kelly is 100 times the man this guy ever thought of being........he should just shut the hell up (and I cleaned that up a bit).
