I too was wondering why the article did not post a link to the study. The article misses some demographic and population statistics. Specifically the population percentage of Whites and Blacks. I believe Whites make up more than 50%, while Black about 12%. So, statistically, looking at the per capita ration, the numbers reflect that a Blacks are killed at a higher rate. Funny thing about numbers, you can produce a narrative to report what ever you want them to say. I have not taken the time to view the shared links, but I will.
