I respect IPA's now that I've made a few (still don't like them...) but the sour beer is something I'm just not sold on yet. With happiness I'm over the pumpkin ales, that got old when you couldn't find a normal pilsner around October anymore!

However, the wife does not like beer but after a tasting event at a local brewery she enjoyed the sour IPA on hand. She (yes, she...) decided that my next homebrew will be a sour beer. Interesting how things turn out from a simple bit of sours in your beer!
Thanks for the post!

Very cool to learn. Sours are still gross. I have tried a dozen or so and still try them when I go to Pubs that carry them. I still can't find one that tastes good.

I love a very wide variety of Beer. I love to try them all just to see what the newest or local Brewery has to offer. I really like it when they offer flights for a decent price. It's a great way to taste them all.
