My guess without having the resolution to read would be that like many things the UN does, the resolution probably was over the top and only a small percentage of the actual thing really protected LGBTQ folks (which would be fine) with the rest dedicated to stopping the death penalty.

I read the original, accept no substitutes. I think our Vp wouild be ecstatic if all gay folks were murdered or thrown into concentration camps, . I do no think our Presdent would care unless he thought it harmed him with his base.
