MSgt George Cater Rifled barrels were introduced in Augsburg, Germany in 1498. The earliest machine gun was arguably the The Puckle gun patented in 1718 by James Puckle. So, Mr. Moore is wrong on his basic premise that the constitution was “written before bullets and revolvers were even invented". Moreover, cartridges (read as "bullets") were used by soldiers of Christian I in 1586. Again, a left wing libtard without facts or intelligence making up information to suit the lefts emotion based agenda.
