We really need to stop sending all this aid and support to third world ugly countries that hate us. NGOs have been fighting HIV and TB in Africa for decades with education, condoms, and drugs. Yet there are still entire countries that believe you can cure HIV by raping a virgin. Or cure TB by living in their hut and sharing their meds. It really irritates me seeing Veterans living in cardboard boxes here while NPR worries about birth control in Africa on our dime.
