Glad the Marines are ok. Sometimes bars can be as dangerous as being as off-limits Mexico. Drunks and druggies at bars anyway. Best to relax on base instead.

As an old Veteran of Court Street outside of Lejeune you have to be careful. I’ve had a gun pulled on me I’ve been threatened with a knife, one guy in our unit was cut by a straight razor during a fight. Beer balls and weapons are hazardous to your health. Glad they’re ok.
