Did he lock himself in that cooler, or did a careless employee do so? If it was an employee's actions that caused the problem, the victim is not only entitled to the beer he drank, but compensation for the pain and discomfort he suffered.
What about the effect of the beer on his kidneys? Any word on how that was handled?
