The Roman leader of Judea sounding like a possibly gay Elmer Fudd. This is one of the funniest comedies I've ever seen. I love the scene where the Roman Centurion is threatening Brian's throat with a sword if he doesn't answer the correct subject-verb agreement with the statement "Romans go home!". Politically correct religious zealots social justice Warriors of Islam, Christianity and Judaism will be offended by this movie. It was done that way on purpose!

I played that "Romans go home!" scene for my Russian teacher when I was taking a refresher course in Germany. Despite the differences in senses of humor between Americans and Russians, even she thought it was funny.
By the way, I consider myself a conservative Christian, and I thought the whole movie was hilarious!.
