Libyan Convicted of Terrorism in Benghazi Attacks but Acquitted of Murder

WOW.... Actually, one of the things I heard he did get convicted on was destruction of US Gov property. If you are a Libyan citizen, and in LY, Is it illegal in LY law to destroy US Gov property? I do not recall in US Constitution or US Law that it is illegal for us to destroy property in other countries??!!? But, the maggot did not get convicted of murder... In WWII we did not put prisoners in criminal court.... I wonder if this is the way to do it in the GWOT....They are at war, but is America? Many in other countries do not think we were at war in the past. I think we should keep the use of GWOT, and keep that focus. Most of our own population does not think of it as a War...only our military does.
