We forget Sexual Harassment is not a crime for which one can be imprisoned unless a crime was committed in conjunction with the harassment. One can be sued for having Sexually Harassed someone, but it is civil and damages awarded are monetary.

Why have these people not filed a civil suit instead of coming forward after forty years, when he has been the Chief Justice of Alabama, to now voicing their charges that would influence the current Senate election. I wonder, Oh, how I wonder why no civil suit has been filed. I think Moore should file a suit to force these women to produce factual, not fraudulent evidence of Sexual Harassment having been committed by him.

Until Sexual Harassment becomes a crime, if Moore is duly elected, the Senate cannot force censorship or expulsion of Moore since no findings of guilt have been qualified by trial and he has committed no crime even if found guilty in a civil case.

For those who want to argue a case for House and Senate personnel who are resigning or have resigned over allegations, well, maybe they were Harassers and needed to resign. They had the right to initiate a civil suit against their accusers and testify before the Ethics Committee...they have done neither.
