I have mixed feelings about this as well.
1- The threat was uncalled for. Either boycott or protest (peacefully).
2- We are giving combatants against our Nation freedoms and exposure, allowing them such sympathy? Which is furthering their cause.
So, whomever made the threat was wrong in doing such. However, I believe John J. was in the wrong for displaying the art. Society is in the wrong for defending this art as well!
