Army struggles with 30-year-old rape allegations against retired general

No... Say it isn't so

Hate that the rape happened, but anything that involves Congress, and what that body intended, must be decided by the US Supreme Court. Again, IF the allegations are true, first and foremost due to the length of time, this first needs to be sent to the Supreme Court, but, on top of all this, the General must be considered Innocent, till he is convicted.

This will be happening for a long time hopefully, until light has be shown o under all the slimy rocks
