Am I the only one who saw the "Spinning Tops is Fun" poster and thought that was the artist doing a portrait of the People's Republic Taskmaster who was in the middle of whipping some slow painters???
Considering they're all hand-painted propaganda posters, I'd be curious to know if any of the artists hid any messages or symbolism underneath the paints surface as a rebellious middle finger to the regime.

I looked at the piece, it is a good article, I admit that, of course, however, one is unmistakably left somehow with the aftertaste of seeing some sort of collection of psychotic Communist Rosie the Riveter ads. I realize the piece was serious, I also realize the collection was serious, however, despite such efforts at nuancing, that is, I'm afraid, still rather the impression I'm left with. Admittedly, that's solely my personal impression, I faer that completely, and, doubtless, others will have other views, nevertheless, that is the afterthought I took away after looking through the article, I'm afraid, however, as I'd said, it was a good article, nevertheless, many thanks.
