Actually, libel laws are very clear. In fact, they used the laws to successfully sue a publication who wrote about Melania and won. If I were him and tweeted as much as he does that's derogatory about others, I think I would let well enough alone.

He also does not seem to relize that libel laws are state laws and that he has no power to change them at all.

He can review it all he wants. There is no federal defamation law, and he has no power over the state defamation laws. Second, he cannot change the Constitutional protections of free speech.

Trump is just throwing a temper-tantrum, you know, like a child.
