SPC Britanny *Winnie* Balthaser Bloody Hell “Based on the final jump manifest from 28 AUG 2014, proof shows that he actually did jump out of a military aircraft with the unit without being airborne certified,” the investigator wrote in his report. Now that is a Kick in the Head. Never received the Training but Jumped anyway? Started Gaming the System before He Signed on the Dotted Line giving Himself Medals, As a Spook, Dirty Tricks Man, I'm Impressed. Amazing He made Staff before anyone questioned His Paperwork though.

SPC Britanny *Winnie* Balthaser If He had Gotten Out after a 4 Years Hitch or Two, No One Would have probably been the Wiser either.

Very common in the Army and its the reason that each BN should do a personell records check at least once every 6 months to catch frauds. My first Platoon Sergeant in the Army was a PX Ranger and wore the Ranger tab until the first BN Records Check where he went AWOL, likewise in his case they found lots of falsified records.......that was back in the 1980's. I was hoping now with Electronic records it is tougher but was disappointed after reading the article that he was just sending the false documents off somewhere to be scanned into the Army system..............all I can say is Wow! Imagine what would have happened if a SSG was deployed with a Infantry Platoon into Combat with no training whatsoever. That is the kind of danger this represents.
