this is a double edged sword while some would see this as a stance of principle, others could see this as stand against the American people.

I'm betting that a significant share of them are not living "pay check to pay check" and are out of touch with the pain they cause. It time to clean house and vote the bastards out, every last one of them.

First November after failure to put a budget on POTUS' desk, an automatic special election is held for EVERY seat in the Senate and the House of Representatives. Each person who wins completes the remainder of the term associated with the seat.
