Myself and a Marine discussed this in class Friday, @MSgt George Cater. He essentially just made a short barrel rifle. Or in other words, he made it illegal! Quite an ass hat.
I don't know why it wont let me tag you.

What I want to know is if the ATF contacted him about him making an unregistered short-barreled firearm, and it being a felony under the National Firearms Act of 1934.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - it can still fire as a single shot, as MSgt George Cater stated.

He should be able to do what he wants, right? Shall not be infringed.

Another dumb-ass attention whore. Congratulations, you just committed a felony by converting your rifle to a SBR without ATF approval.
