Apparently not yet according to this article they just filed the lawsuit last Friday. Hopefully they can get some movement from this when the Navy has to respond to the lawsuit in open court rather than stonewalling individual service members one at a time. Good luck to him and other. Sounds like they continue to punish him for smoking a joint rather than address PTSD as per Secretary of Defense instrucions.. Mad Dog may have to intervene when he finds out about this.

I can't answer you. I have seen where soldiers with PTSD and chemical dependency made them more inclined to make mistakes, some career ending and with a dishonorable discharge.
