30 years for an appeal ? That is unacceptable, He should have already been executed !

They should just throw him in GenPop and let it out that a case of smokes is available to end this issue.
30 years of playing the system. What's interesting is he is filing all these appeals in regards to procedure not on the grounds he didn't do it. I went and read up on this guy and quite frankly I'm not sure how anyone can think him not guilty. He was caught with so much evidence its overwhelming. But he has managed to drag this out for 30 years... insane.
