Considering all the energy being spent on resisting as apposed to more constructive efforts it will be interesting to see the results of the 2018 midterms. From the primaries in Illinois in Chicago - only 5% of those between 18 and 34 voted. It was noted that Democrat turnout was better with 2 to 1 turnout. Not exactly a blue wave as such Republicans have a good shot at disrupting the election if they just show up to vote at least in Illinois.
