PO1 Tony Holland There it is in black and white. And in Navy Times no less! He did not seem to pull many punches, but the big question what is going to be done about OPTempo and manning, not to mention training. And will it extend through the entire pacific?

The new CINCPAC has some interesting ideas for growing the business of U.S. PACOM in APAC region. The start is taming the tigers in Korea and denuclearization of the peninsula.

Second; sales of U.S. arms to Taiwan and to India, which to nations are reeling under pressure from China.

The OPTempo, Manning and Training will fall into place, once PACOM has an approved vision, mission and budget. Wait and watch.

Aucoin was a scapegoat. The problem rested at the feet of Rowden (now fired as Surface Commander), Fleet Forces Command and CNO. FFC and CNO are still in their jobs...
