Cerner’s $10 billion, no-bid VA contract finally signed despite critical report
The announcement came Thursday from VA Acting Secretary Robert Wilkie nearly a year after the Trump administration picked Cerner without seeking bids from other possible contractors. Cerner is part of a team building a similar system for the Defense Department.
