We all have dreams. But in order to make dreams come into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self discipline and effort. ~Jesse Owen
Jesse Owen definitely had all of these. If you have a goal and you are serious about it, it will take all of these to get there. Self discipline is what keeps us on track when our dedication and determination start to run out. It is like a muscle. It can be strengthened through appropriate exercise.

SPC Margaret Higgins - Hi Beautiful lady thank you for asking I'm doing GREAT and as of yesterday was introduced to a good lady and after talking with each other we found we have a lot in common starting with our childhoods all the way up to now so for the time being life is once again back on track for me afte last year being separated on fathers day divorced end of Aug last year and then heart surgery for an ICD implant THANK YOU GOD for turning my life to the better but still cautiously optimistic.
