PO2 Nick Burke - Cause when one is going "Cracker this, then nigga that" in the same comedy routine is offensive, vulgar jokes isn't equal to intentional racist, derogatory insults directed towards an individual.

So if they are directed towards an individual it's racist but when addressed towards the race in general it's not racist? That makes zero sense. I would consider a comment like " Dem porch monkeys is to lazy to n stupid to be _______" extremely racist and offensive. Just like Chris Rock and others making "jokes" calling whites crackers.
But to you that's OK because it's not directed towards an individual.
