Looks like a patriotic display. I don't see any business names on those flags

I've always had an issue with the over use of the flag itself. Why not just use bunting or patriotic colors? The flag has rules. Is lit up at night, on a pole and these flags look like lawn decoration. Are these flags collected afterwards, or do the litter the gutter over time. It's like those car window flags. I see those on the side of the road all the time. In my opinion it cheapens the flag to throw it up anywhere.
