This University Is Officially Waiving Tuition For The Children Of Fallen Troops

That's a great program, but they are not the first. All state-owned universities in Texas already waive all tuition and fees for the dependent children of deceased or disabled veterans from Texas. They get up to 150 semester hours.

PO1 Tony Holland, my wife is a graduate of the University of Memphis (then Memphis State University) and my daughter is a graduate of the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis.
The law school is located in the old U.S. Customs House, which is a beautiful Italianate Revival-style building, first opened in 1885.
Glad to see UM step up to the plate for the children of fallen troops.
