I regret seeing those having problems with the VA. I have been going to the VA for over 15 years now and never had any complaints. Yea, I guess there are some problems, but overall, given the size of the organization, I think they do a pretty darn good job.

I am having a really hard time with this.
Typically VHA and DoD patient care systems do not interface. The MD can call and give an order to Army base, i am not sure if the two have an arrangement or not. The writer left after being stuck in the bone twice, and you sat there for that twice, without calling someone over? Blood drawing needles are typically two small to hit bone, unless being done in the hand. Bad attitude on a phone call, yeah I can believe that. You should hear some of the misplaced calls I get that are going to patient advocacy (our numbers are close but not the same).

I left after the second hit. Was NOT up for second chances as that point. Sorry I wasn't thinking as rationally as I obviously should have....
Also, did that trainee know the length of the needle to be used seeing how I don't have fat arms?

You are asking me, hell I am on the other side of the country. I can't answer that question.

CW3 Kevin Storm - In reading your initial comment, you appeared to know a whole lot more about what happened to me than I did.
