Looks like the Baranguay Brigades are making a comeback... hope if works better this time.
Now they’ll have to beef up the Constabulary to keep an eye on the Brigades... just like last time.

Most of them already have guns they just don't use it at work, now they can freely bring and use it... Better than batons... I hope it stays with the Barangay Captains ONLY, I'm sure his team will be jealous and probably file a request (SMH)

The Philippines is turning into a police state, as they are starting to jail folks who drink in public and do not wear a shirt in public. They also shoot on sight with suspected drug dealers.
