Racist History

Two major flaws with this video. It said nearly half of hospitality workers were black. So how can tipping be racist if half of those getting tips are not black? Second, waiters make more money from tips than they would on a fixed wage. T.I.P stands for To Insure Promptitude. It's British English, so the word usage was acceptable when it started. Current tipping practice ensures good service at restaurants.
